You are the policyholder's first line: what their policy covers, how to use their card, what to do when a claim happens. Modern tooling puts the full customer history in front of you before you even pick up the phone.

These apply to every department. The rest you learn here.
Required
Confident with computers
We work fully digitally: our own platform, insurer portals, email, spreadsheets. You need to move around comfortably — not to be a developer.
English
Contracts, policies and daily correspondence with international insurers are in English. You need to read and write it with ease.
A reference
From someone who has seen you work — a manager, a colleague or a client. You give us their details in the application and upload the letter.
Nice to have
3+ years of insurance experience
Not a hard requirement, but candidates with at least three years in the industry — brokerage, agency or insurer — come first.
Progression
Your knowledge has a price list.
Every department has three levels. Once you are certified in a department the increase is added permanently to your salary — and you can certify in more than one.

What everyone asks.
Is remote work real or hybrid?
Real. There is no office you must show up at. We meet in person occasionally, not weekly.
Do I need insurance experience?
Candidates with at least three years in the industry come first, but it is not a hard requirement. Being confident with computers and with English is — the insurance part you learn here.
How does pay work?
Full-time salary with social insurance and performance bonuses. Payroll runs on time every month — that is one of the few things we never compromise on.
I do not see a department that fits me.
