How to Install the my-policies.com App from the App Store and Google Play

The my-policies.com app is now officially available on the App Store for iPhone and on Google Play for Android. It is free for every client of our network and gives you instant access to your policies, documents and payments, even without an internet connection.

Install on iPhone (App Store)

1. Tap the Download on the App Store button above, or open the App Store and search for my-policies.com.
2. Tap Get and confirm with Face ID, Touch ID or your Apple ID password.
3. When the installation finishes, tap Open or find the icon on your home screen.
4. Sign in with your email (see “First sign-in” below).

Install on Android (Google Play)

1. Tap the Get it on Google Play button above, or open Google Play and search for my-policies.com.
2. Tap Install.
3. When it finishes, tap Open or find the icon among your apps.
4. Sign in with your email.

First sign-in

All you need is the email address you have given your advisor. Your access is created by your advisor; if you don't have it yet, just ask and it will be activated for you.

Did you previously add the app to your home screen from your browser? Install the App Store or Google Play version now and remove the old shortcut.

No installation, from your computer

If you prefer a computer or tablet, the app also works in your browser at app.my-policies.com, with the same sign-in details.

• Understand your cover: coverages, limits and deductibles in plain language.
• Keep a digital document archive that opens even offline.
• View receipts and payment history and send change requests.
• Scan documents with your camera and send them as a PDF to your advisor.
• Access your benefits card and your policy details in case of a hospital admission.
• Use the app in 5 languages.
