Hospital and surgery
Room, specialist fees, medication, theatre and diagnostics (CT, PET, MRI) on every level — plus parent accommodation when a child is in hospital.
An international health plan built for pilots, cabin crew and their families — with cover up to €5 million, wherever you are.
Few people cross as many countries in a week as pilots and cabin crew. An ordinary health plan stops at the border of the country that issued it — or at a base that may change next year.
The plan was built exclusively for flight crew by an international carrier with long experience in aviation: terms and pricing designed for the industry, cover that follows you to most countries of residence, and one plan for the whole family.
We compare the five levels for you, explain what you pay and what you get, and stand by you on every claim.
(*) Cover and limits apply under the terms of the policy. The premium depends on age, country of residence, area of cover and excess.
From hospital stays to medical evacuation — with limits that rise with the level you choose.
Room, specialist fees, medication, theatre and diagnostics (CT, PET, MRI) on every level — plus parent accommodation when a child is in hospital.
Doctor visits, tests, medication and physiotherapy. The limit rises with the level; on the top two it reaches the overall policy limit.
Oncology on every level. From the middle level upwards, routine management of chronic conditions is covered too.
Transfer to the right hospital and return home on every level, with a multilingual assistance team 24 hours a day.
A doctor online day and night from the second level upwards, psychiatric in-patient care and, on the top two levels, an emotional support programme.
Optional add-ons: dental treatment after 6 months and pregnancy and childbirth after 10 months of continuous cover.
(*) Benefits vary by plan level and apply under the terms of the policy.
Moments in a crew member's life where a local health plan falls short.
Treatment where you are — even outside your area of cover for emergencies on trips under 30 days — or evacuation to where the right care is.
The plan follows you to most countries of residence. No starting over with a new policy and new exclusions.
From the middle level upwards your newborn is covered, and with the optional maternity add-on so are pregnancy and childbirth costs.
You move across to an individual international health plan from the same carrier, with no age limit and lifetime renewal — guaranteed.
Pilots and cabin crew of any nationality with a valid licence, together with their spouse and children. The licence must be valid at each renewal.
At renewal you move across to an individual international health plan from the same carrier, with no age limit and lifetime renewal.
Yes, if you choose worldwide cover. Special hospital-network terms apply in the US — we explain them with your quote.
With an excess — an amount per year you pay yourself before cover starts — the premium can drop by up to half. The excess does not apply to evacuation, vaccinations, optical or the optional add-ons.
The essential level does not cover pre-existing conditions. On the other levels it depends on the application and the carrier's underwriting — we help you complete it correctly.
You have 14 days from the start date to cancel at no cost. If no claim has been made, you get the full premium back.
We only ask what affects the premium. A member of our team replies, with a comparison of the levels that suit you.
